Congratulations to Danielle LaPointe for being chosen as a featured photographer in the NOIR magazine, November 2023 issue. NOIR is a virtual magazine for monochrome photography that offers an international platform to a community of over 84,000 members. It exposes its readers to a high caliber of B & W photographers on a platform that features the ‘Best of the Best’ of curated and published photos, outside of Facebook. Its inspirational force drives photographers to want to better their skills. "It has taken me many years to develop my niche in the world of photography. a Westmount photographer, for his interview on Global News by Phil Carpenter. A well deserved acknowledgement on being among one of the top 10 finalists in the Natural Portrait Category of the World Photographic Cup, an annual international contest. His image was selected as one of the top ten finalists in the Natural Portrait Category of the World Photographic Cup. The winners, including individual Gold, Silver and Bronze medal winners, and the runners-up comprising of the top 10 for each category, plus the overall country winners, will be announced at the WPC Awards Ceremony in Singapore on March 17, 2023. ART Matter - 2022 Summer Show
Congratulations to Diana Bruno for winning Best By Theme at Artists in Montreal's virtual show "In My Childhood". Her image "Balancing Act" was one of 61 artworks in various media submitted to the 2022 Summer Show. In the 2022 Valentine Day's virtual show, her image "Listen" won an Honourable Mention. AIM put on this show as part of the Make ART Matter summer series in partnership with Make It Matter, a non-profit organization supporting special education initiatives for neurodiverse youth in Laval and Greater Montreal.

Congratulations to Ron Gesser for participating in the "Premier Circuit 2021", a PSA 4 Circuit International Competition that he entered last month. Ron entered 16 images and received 44 acceptances out of a possible 64 acceptances (where only 35% of images in each category receive an acceptance). CONGRATULATIONS TO DIANA BRUNO
May 2021 Diana Bruno’s photograph "Anomie" made history at the recent Women’s Art Society of Montreal 126th Annual Juried Show and Sale. It was only in the year 2009-2010 that WASM accepted photographs as a medium in their annual show. Her image placed 2nd and became the first photograph ever to win a prize at this show. Of the 110 artworks, eight, or a little over 7%, were photographs.
