Outing - Night Photography Cityscapes from
Parc de la Cité du Havre, Montréal
Saturday, April 16, 2016
We will shoot photos from Cité du Havre and take the opportunity to experiment with long-exposures and, if time permits, we will also try light-painting photography.
Led by: Phillip Shapiro
Time: 7:00 p.m. (Note: sunset at 7:42 p.m.) Time for group photo: 7:15 p.m.
Meeting location: Parc de la Cité du Havre
Location: Parc de la Cité du Havre geo: 45.494165, -73.545016
From Autoroute Bonaventure going south, take exit 2 towards Port de Montréal/avenue Pierre Dupuy. You will see a bridge just after you pass the famous Habitat 67 complex.
Do not go over the bridge—please go under it by taking a right turn, just after you pass the entrance to Habitat 67. You can then park under the bridge. Now just go into the park by walking eastward and you will see a gazebo at the extreme east end—we will be there taking photos.
