Description of Outing: We will go first to the Osprey nest site at the Iroquois Locks and then possibly to another Osprey nesting site near Iroquois, if it is active.

Meeting Time:  1:00 p.m.
Time for Group photo: 1:15 p.m.

Meeting Location:
Iroquois Locks, Iroquois, ON  Iroquois, ON K0E 1K0 (West end of the parking lot)

• Plus code:  RMJQ+X7 Iroquois, South Dundas, ON
• Take Exit 738 from Highway 401
• Turn left onto Carman Road
• Follow Carman Road to the locks
• The Osprey nest is at the west end of the parking lot 

Suggestions on what to bring:

• Long Lens
• Wide angle lens to shoot the huge boats at the locks
• Tripod
• Small Portable Chair
• Drinks and snacks

NOTE:  There are restrooms on the premises
                (and a small restaurant - Lockview Fries and ice cream parlour)

Clothing: 

• According to the weather
• Sun screen & hat
• cover up, long sleeve shirt and long pants, for protection from ticks and bugs
• insect repellent
