Description of Outing:
In July 2020, Comet Neowise is visible in the night sky and is one of the most remarkable comets we've had in this millennia! Please know your camera. To shoot at night is difficult. We need to shoot in manual Mode with high ISO setting. We will discuss how to manage noise and shutter speed. Great opportunity to learn astrophotography. Leaders: Phillip Shapiro and Lyne Brissette Date: Friday, July 24th Time: 7:30 p.m. We will provide a tutorial for night photography so please be on time. Time for Group photo: 7:30 p.m.

The MCC is restarting our popular Outings in conformity with the Quebec health recommendations and laws. Because we remain committed to ensuring the health and safety of our members, please read the following rules and guidelines and you will be asked to sign a release at the outing.

Guidelines:
- If you are sick or feeling unwell, stay home!
- We ask that all attendees bring a mask, disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer
- We ask all attendees to remain at least 2 meters away from other people in accordance with social distancing
- Do not touch other peoples' camera or equipment
- There will be no regular group photo
- There should be no sharing of car rides to go to locations, unless you are attending with a family member or with a close friend with whom you feel safe travelling with.
