​BIOGRAPHY:
​​Ara Hagopian is a professional photographer who owns and operates Badger Photography, a Montreal-based wedding, portrait and fashion photography studio. The studio is renowned for its distinctive blend of fashion, timeless elegance and powerful story telling in a colorful, dramatic and painterly signature style developed under Ara's artistic direction. Badger Photography is the recipient of multiple awards from the prestigious Wedding and Portrait Photographers International society's print and online photography competitions. The studio’s most recent awards include the first and second place in the "Illustrative" and "Commercial" categories of the 2015 competition, and a gold award at WPPI's 2016 Print Competition in Las Vegas.
 
Teaching and shooting assignments have taken Ara from the deserts of the United Arab Emirates to the mountains and castles in Italy. His presentation will deal with the challenges in making outstanding wedding photography."
